Sourced from the highlands of Ethiopia’s renowned Guji Zone, our Ethiopian Guji Dogo Sodu is a bright, beautifully balanced coffee with plenty of character. This washed coffee opens with delicate floral notes of jasmine and tea rose, followed by a touch of fresh lemon, natural honey sweetness, and smooth chocolate that rounds out the cup.

Roasted to a medium profile here at Rad Rooster, the Guji Dogo Sodu offers a clean, vibrant cup that keeps the floral and citrus character Ethiopian coffees are known for while bringing a little extra sweetness and chocolatey depth.
